As a charity-run event with no general entry ballot, securing a place means running for one of over 650 incredible charity partners, from Tommy's to Alzheimer's Research UK, making every stride meaningful. With its incredible atmosphere, flat and fast course, and the chance to see London in a completely new light, the LLHM is not just a race—it's an unforgettable celebration of the capital's past and present.
