Participants start at dawn in Osmotherley or Ravenscar and make their way across the moors to the opposite end, navigating a course that challenges both body and spirit. Unlike conventional races with set routes, the Lyke Wake Walk presents a more flexible challenge: walkers are tasked with reaching markers on either side within 24 hours.
