Made in Zombie - 10 ans déjà !

On the night of October 31, 2026, runners will gather at Parc Départemental d’Olhain for an eerie and thrilling adventure. Ten years ago, the first apparitions appeared in Olhain Forest, transforming a local legend into a terrifying reality. To commemorate this grim anniversary, Dr Jamie Byrat has concocted a new serum to reverse his creation's mutation but instead unleashed even more unpredictable creatures upon the forest.
For this 10th edition, runners are urgently needed to map contaminated zones and retrieve scattered antidote vials while evading rogue zombies that lurk in the shadows. The event kicks off at 7:30 PM with a second wave starting an hour later. Each team must navigate through two hours of darkness, using their wits and agility to outmaneuver both the forest’s challenges and its undead inhabitants.
The course features hidden checkpoints scattered throughout the dark woods where participants will face unpredictable encounters with zombies that can disrupt progress or even deduct points if they manage to touch you. Teams receive a Sportident finger for tracking their performance, ensuring an adrenaline-fueled race against time and terror.
Participants are advised to arrive early at 6 PM sharp for dossard pickup in the Salle des Trappeurs near the park entrance. Parking is available right upon entry at Park Artois with clear signage guiding runners to safety.
The event promises a unique blend of survival, strategy, and sheer bravery as teams compete not just against each other but also against their own fears within this haunted woodland setting. For those who make it through unscathed, hot croques-monsieur await post-race to warm up the bravest souls left standing.
