The event kicks off at 6:30 AM sharp, with staggered start times ensuring every runner can enjoy their race without delay. Alongside these adult categories, there's also an engaging Kangoo jump category and a dedicated KIDS section starting from 8:15 AM to encourage young athletes to join in the fun.
Beyond being a competitive event, Mais Saúde Run is a movement of solidarity, with proceeds supporting vital causes such as the "Não Me Esqueças" Institute for Alzheimer's care and the Viver Organization, which aids children undergoing cancer treatment.
