Malvern Joggers 10k and 5k

Join us for the Malvern Joggers 10k and 5k race, scheduled for Sunday, August 16th, 2026, around the picturesque foothills of the Malvern Hills. This annual trail run offers a mix of mostly off-road terrain with undulating sections that challenge runners while rewarding them with stunning views.
### Race Details
Location: The field adjacent to Mayalls Farm on Watery Lane in Malvern, Worcestershire (WR14 4JX).
Start Times:
- 10k Runners: Start at 10:00 AM
- 5k Participants: Begin right after the 10k runners at 10:15 AM
Both races have a cut-off time of two hours.
### Registration and Entry Information
Registration for both distances is open online. On-site registration will be available if spots remain, but it's recommended to secure your place early due to high demand:
- Online: Available now
- On the Day (if not sold out): £19 for 10k; £17 for 5k
Age restrictions apply: Participants must be over 18 years old for the 10k race.
### Race Features and Facilities
#### Route Overview:
The course winds through Marlbank and Castle Morton, utilizing public footpaths to showcase the area's natural beauty. The terrain includes rutted trails that may be uneven in places but is manageable with regular running shoes. While there are sections on tarmac roads, the majority of the route remains off-road.
#### Water Stations:
A water station will support 10k runners around the halfway mark at approximately five kilometers into their journey.
Upon crossing the finish line, all participants receive a complimentary bottle of water and can enjoy additional refreshments from vendors located near Race HQ. No changing or shower facilities are provided; please arrive dressed for your run.
### Prizes and Awards
Prize categories include:
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards for both male and female runners in the 10k and 5k races.
- Age category prizes will also be awarded across all distances.
All finishers receive a commemorative medal to celebrate their achievement.
### Important Notes
Participants are reminded not to wear headphones during the race except for bone-conducting models, as other types may disqualify them. Additionally, car sharing is encouraged due to limited parking on-site near Marlbank Road in Welland.
