About the Event

Discover the beauty of Palermo running through history, nature, and sea. The Palermo Marathon is a journey through the heart of the city — among monuments, parks, and Mediterranean views that tell the story of Sicily’s true soul.

The course, one of the most scenic in Italy, starts from Piazza Ruggero Settimo and runs along Viale della Libertà, through the Parco della Favorita, reaching Mondello, and returning to the historic center between the Quattro Canti, the Royal Palace, and Via Maqueda. Two laps for the marathon and one for the half marathon, along a route that blends culture, sport, and breathtaking landscapes.

Whether you want to challenge yourself or simply enjoy an unforgettable experience, the Palermo Marathon will fill you with emotion — surrounded by the warmth of the city and the energy of the sea.
