About the Event

Get ready for the Eighth annual March Fourth 5K and Dog Walk!

The event will be held on Brookside Dr. Millburn NJ on Sunday March 1nd, 2026. The race begins at 9:00 followed by the dog walk at 10:00. Feel free to do both or just one (it's one fee)!

We welcome any donations you would like to give to help us prevent colorectal cancer.

On March Fourth, 2016 my Mom died of colon cancer and she wasn’t alone. More than 50,000 other people also died that year from Colon Cancer and even more in the following years. When my Mom was alive she told us that we had to keep going – and it was fitting that she died on March Fourth since that is what she wanted us to do - to March Forth. So this year on Sunday, March 2nd we are holding our eighth annual March Fourth 5K! Go ahead and send this to everyone you know, we are going to do amazing things this year! About Millburn

Millburn is a suburban township in southwestern Essex County, within the U.S. state of New Jersey, and part of the New York metropolitan area. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 21,710, its highest decennial count ever and an increase of 1,561 (+7.7%) from the 20,149 recorded at the 2010 census, which in turn reflected an increase of 384 (+1.9%) from the 19,765 counted in the 2000 census. Short Hills, with a 2020 population of 14,422, is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Millburn that is home to most of the township's population.
