The race unfolds over five distinct start waves scheduled at 10-minute intervals: 10 am, 10.10 am, 10.20 am, 10.30 am, and 10.40 am. As runners traverse this scenic path, they will be treated to panoramic views of Norfolk’s lush landscapes, punctuated by quaint villages along the way. The race concludes in Reepham's picturesque marketplace, where participants can revel in a sense of accomplishment and community spirit. Entry fees for individuals range from £19 for affiliated members to £21 for unaffiliated runners, with corporate teams able to join at a special rate of £70 per team of four. Race HQ is located at Woodgate Nursery, Aylsham (NR11 6UH), where all race numbers will be mailed out in advance. In case of non-delivery or any other issues, runners can visit the venue starting from 8:30 am on race day for assistance and number collection. Participants are encouraged to park at Woodgate Nursery or Reepham High School due to road closures between Ollands Road and Reepham Market Place during the event. A complimentary shuttle service will be available before and after the race, facilitating easy travel from both start and finish points. Upon crossing the finish line in Reepham's vibrant market square at 10:45 am onwards, runners can collect their bags dropped off earlier at Woodgate Nursery.
