Mayor's River Walk and Run 5K

Lace up your sneakers and hit the River Trail with Mayor Andy Schor! Join us at Potter Park on June 7 at 9 AM for a fun and scenic 5K run/walk along the river. Walkers and runners of all ages are welcome!. Every participant receives a t-shirt, medal and snacks at the end. There will also be fun stations along the way to break up the trail for the kids.  

Registration for the competitive run is $20 until May 24th  for runners and includes a Mayor's River Walk T-Shirt, finisher medal and Matching socks with prizes for the top three finishers in each age group. (5/25 to 6/3, $25, 6/4 to 6/6, $30) .

Early packet pickup: June 4th and 5th from 3-6pm at the Foster Center, room 109 (200 N Foster Ave, Lansing)

Race day packet pickup starting at 8:00 am at Potter Park.

Be sure to preregister! Registration for the 5k is online only. Walkers can register on site. 

Proceeds and donations from this event go to support the Friends of the Lansing Regional Trails.

The competitive run will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race on this web site.
