MELGT EXPLOSIVE SPEED CLINICS - NARRABEEN OCTOBER 2026

Melbourne Girls Grammar Track (MELGT) hosts its School Holiday Speed Clinics for young athletes during the week of October 6, 2026. The program offers two clinics on consecutive days, with Clinic 1 scheduled for Tuesday, October 6th and Clinic 2 set for Thursday, October 8th.
Each clinic is designed to cost $77 per child, providing a comprehensive track training experience aimed at enhancing speed and agility skills. Registration begins at 9:15 AM, followed by the start of the session at 9:30 AM until noon each day.
Due to current maintenance work on the main track, this year's clinics will take place on Oval 2 located at Sydney Academy of Sport in Narrabeen. Parents and participants are encouraged to look out for the distinctive MELGT banner marking the venue.
Children attending should come prepared with a water bottle, snacks, sunscreen, and optional spikes if they wish to wear them during training sessions. In case of wet weather conditions, updates will be communicated via email and Melinda's Facebook page, ensuring all participants are kept informed about any changes or cancellations that may occur.
This event provides an excellent opportunity for young athletes to enhance their skills in a supportive environment while enjoying the scenic surroundings at Sydney Academy of Sport.
