The Mercedes-Benz Oakville Bronte Harbour Classic returns on Sunday, June 20, 2027, with an expanded lineup and enhanced experience for the whole family. Nestled along the picturesque shores of Lake Ontario at Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park in Oakville, this year's event promises to be even more spectacular than its inaugural edition.
### Race Day Experience
The morning kicks off bright and early with a fun-filled Kids 1K Fun Run designed specifically for children aged 2-12. This non-timed run offers young participants the chance to experience the thrill of racing in a supportive, encouraging environment. Each child will receive a custom finisher medal upon completion.
At 8:30 AM, race day truly begins with both the traditional 5K and the newly introduced 10K races starting simultaneously along Bronte's stunning waterfront path. Both courses are flat and fast, offering runners picturesque views of Lake Ontario throughout their journey. The route is certified and chip-timed for accurate results.
### Post-Race Celebration
Following the race, participants can look forward to a vibrant Father’s Day Waterfront Festival that transforms the park into an all-day celebration. Enjoy live music from local bands as you dance under the sun, watch kids play in the jumping castle or indulge in delicious food and refreshing drinks at various vendor stalls set up around the lake.
