On September 25 and 26, 2027, participants will tackle a grueling course featuring relentless climbs up the Quad ski run and steep descents down the Double runs, with an additional mix of trail loops to break up the monotony. The centerpiece event is the full 100-mile race, which spans over two days. Runners must conquer more than 30,000 feet in elevation gain and loss across 152 everesting loops plus four shorter trail segments. The course demands strength, resilience, and strategic pacing to meet a strict 36-hour cutoff. For those seeking a slightly less daunting challenge, the Base Camp event offers a formidable yet more manageable 50-mile race with over 15,000 feet of elevation change across 76 everesting loops and two trail loops. Both distances provide runners an opportunity to push their limits while enjoying stunning forested trails. On Saturday evening, as daylight fades, the Sunset 10K invites participants on a scenic tour through other hills and trails at Cannonsburg Ski Hill. The following morning, Sunday's Sunrise 20K challenges runners with two laps of the previous day’s 10K course, offering breathtaking views under early-morning light. All races come equipped with aid stations providing essential cold and hot food options to keep energy levels up throughout the event.
