Join us this year as we celebrate our fifth anniversary with an unforgettable 10K experience. In honor of this milestone, we've made significant improvements to enhance your race day: from the start and finish area to '5 Finish Line Birthday Treats,' a new eco-friendly medal, optional t-shirts, and enhanced post-race food options. The Morley 10K is a community-driven event led by volunteers with sustainability at its core. The course winds through historic streets in Morley, featuring two out-and-back sections and the legendary 'Morley Bottoms' where runners experience an unusual three-way crossover point. While there are some hills to tackle, you'll be greeted along the way by enthusiastic supporters cheering from every corner. Water stations will keep you hydrated throughout your run, while virtual goody bags and post-race sweets add a touch of fun. Our medals are crafted with eco-friendly materials to align with our commitment to sustainability. We welcome all runners, including wheelchair racers, who can reach out for any specific needs they might have. The Morley 10K is designed to cater to everyone: from serious athletes pushing their limits to those dressed up in fancy costumes enjoying a fun run. Whether you're participating for the first time or are a seasoned veteran, there's something here for every runner. This year’s fundraising efforts will benefit five local organizations that have made significant contributions to our community: Morley Run Club, M.I.N.T., Morley Grief Club, St. Gemma’s Hospice, and Newlands Food Bank. Your participation directly supports these causes, making a real difference in the lives of those who need it most. We look forward to seeing you on October 4th as we come together for the 'Mighty Morley 10K.'
