Milltown Knights of Columbus July 4th 5K Run

Thank you for your interest in the Milltown Knights of Columbus 4th of July 5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Run.  As the Race is just one part of the Milltown 4th of July festivities, we hope you will join us for a day of fun, laughter and patriotism.  As the race is always well attended with over 400 racers annually, it is such a big community and regional event to celebrate our country's independence day. 

This Race is a major fundraiser for Our Lady of Lourdes, Knights of Columbus Council 7250.

With the funds raised by the Race we provide support to many local and area charities, support organizations and community programs such as the following.

• Make a Smile Foundation
• Milltown 4th of July Committee
• Milltown Little League and Softball
• Milltown Rescue Squad
• Food pantries in Milltown, North Brunswick and East Brunswick
• Life Choices of Metuchen
• Ozanam Men’s Shelter, New Brunswick-
• Lion’s Club Thanksgiving meal program.
• Spotswood High School Project Graduation
• Coats for Kids
• Milltown Girl and Boy Scouts
• Special Olympics
• Nicole Surace Scholarship Fund (Spotswood High School)

Event Fees:

$30.00 5K Race and a collectible T-Shirt * for registration on or before July 2, 2025. After July 2, 2025 day of the race registration will be $35 per person

$10.00 1 mile fun run

Bib pickup will be at Road Runner Sports located at 501 Shoppes Blvd, North Brunswick NJ 08902. Pickup will be on July 3, 2025 from 3 pm - 7:00 pm. Race day pickup will be available on the morning of the race starting at 7 am at the Milltown Senior Center which is across from the Borough Park..

Times and winners will be posted online after the race on Bestrace.com.
