Minds in Motion Walk a Thon

Join us on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 10:00 am for the Minds in Motion Walkathon, hosted by Mind Forward Brain Injury Services. This community walk offers routes of 5 km, 2.5 km, and 1 km through scenic Mississauga Valley Park along Cooksville Creek. The event is open to all ages and abilities, making it a perfect day out with family or friends.
As you stroll among the natural beauty of the park, enjoy family activities and engage with local vendors offering refreshments and music. Participants can also connect with Mind Forward's brain injury services and supports during this community-driven walkathon. Completing your journey will earn you a custom event t-shirt and finishing medal as souvenirs.
Minds in Motion aims to support people living with acquired brain injuries by raising funds for the VISTA Program (Vocational, Independence, Skills Training & Advancement). This initiative helps individuals regain confidence through vocational activities that prepare them for rejoining their communities.
