About the Event
The Mino Province Yamajiro Trail links the hills of Mino in a single route, following old paths and the sites of mountain castles. After four pre-races, the first official edition, billed as FIRST HELD, takes place over three days from March 5 to 7, 2027, with official aid stations on the course and marshals at some road sections. The centerpiece is the 100 km Mino Province Yamajiro Trail 100, a solo run from Ibigawa to Sakahogi with roughly 7,500 m of climbing. A team version of the same 100 km, called GT 100, opens with regular entry. The route extends west into the 160 km Mino Province Yamajiro Toreiro Hyakumode, running from Nangu Taisha in Tarui to Sakahogi. Two shorter races complete the lineup: the 42 km Ran TAKEBI, a one-way trail from Nangu Taisha through Sekigahara and Ikeda to Kojima in Ibigawa, and the 22 km Ran OJIMA, a circle trail around Mt. Kojima near the 100 km start. This listing covers the 100 km and 160 km early entries.
