The Minnesota Summer Sprint Series offers runners a dynamic blend of challenges across the months of May through July. Early bird pricing is available until June, with rates increasing as race day approaches. May races are priced at $50 for adults and $20 for juniors. In June, prices rise to $55 for adults and $25 for juniors. The July event sees a slight hike in fees—$60 for adults and $30 for juniors. For those registering closer to the race date on July 11th through July 24th, costs increase to $65 for adults and $30 for juniors. Day-of-race registration is significantly higher at $75 for adults and $40 for juniors. All genders are welcome; however, category-specific restrictions still apply. Races will be scored separately based on combined fields noted in the schedule. On race day, field times and start positions may be adjusted by up to 15 minutes to accommodate smaller groups, ensuring a smooth competition flow. Post-race celebrations include a podium ceremony approximately 30 minutes after the last runner crosses the finish line at registration desks. In extreme heat conditions, total distances might be slightly altered for safety reasons. West River Racing will provide neutral water stations on course, conveniently located just past the finish line to support hydration needs throughout your run. The road race must be entered with a USAC legal bike and requires a valid USAC license. For Minnesota residents aspiring to compete in state championships, only podiums from MN-based races are eligible for recognition. At registration, you will receive two new race numbers along with sample kit placements—upper left and right side—making your experience even more personalized. Prepare yourself for an exhilarating journey through scenic courses that promise memorable runs under the sun or cool shade, depending on the weather conditions.
