Run4Spondy – September Blue: A Global Movement for Awareness and Support
From September 1st to the 30th, join Run4Spondy's global initiative as part of the September Blue campaign. This month-long challenge invites runners, walkers, and anyone who wants to make a difference in the lives of those suffering from spondylarthrite—an often overlooked yet painful condition.
Participants can choose their own pace and distance: whether it’s 100 meters, 400 meters, or longer distances like 5 kilometers and 10 kilometers. You have the flexibility to move at your convenience, wherever you are in the world. By taking part, you contribute to raising awareness about this debilitating disease.
Three ways to participate:
- Essential Package: A $2 entry fee allows you to join the movement and show solidarity with those affected.
- Freestyle Option: For a $5 donation, you can set your own goals based on what feels right for you. This is all about personal empowerment while supporting an important cause.
- Solidarity Plan: With a $15 contribution, not only do you participate but also help fund concrete projects that directly benefit those living with spondylarthrite.
