About the Event

Experience Moran Cross, an exhilarating race within the Project Mayhem CX Series at James H. Moran Middle School in Wallingford, Connecticut. The picturesque setting offers runners stunning views of the surrounding landscape and challenging terrain that will test your endurance.
Parking is conveniently available both on-site at Moran Middle School and across the street at Sheehan High School. Registration opens promptly at 7:00 AM inside the main entrance to the school, where you'll find all necessary information and number pickup services.
The race start line and bike pit are situated at the rear of the school; follow directional signs for easy navigation. Start times will be staggered according to your category to ensure a smooth racing experience for everyone involved.
On event day, look forward to a spacious tent area located in the back lot and basketball courts behind the school where teams can set up first come, first served. Please note that this race takes place on public school property, so alcohol, drugs, and tobacco are strictly prohibited.
In case of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event for your safety. Indoor facilities such as restrooms and locker rooms will be available for changing purposes; however, there are no shower facilities provided at this venue.
Fuel up before and after your race with options from two food trucks: Rogue Coffee in the morning, offering a range of hot beverages to kickstart your run, and Los Mariachis Mexican Restaurant in the afternoon, serving delicious burritos and quesadillas. They also cater to vegetarians and those following gluten-free diets.
