Mud Sweat & Blooms 5K Mud Run 2027 invites runners to conquer a challenging yet playful course set amidst the vibrant Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm during the summer festival season. Spanning 3.1 miles, this race features an array of obstacles designed for both fun and fitness. The event incorporates over a dozen unique challenges that range from simple playfulness to more demanding physical tests. Highlights include pond splashes, hay bale hurdles, irrigation pipe crawls, steep hill climbs through ravines, and the exhilarating slip-and-slide finale. Participants have the flexibility to bypass any obstacles they find too challenging, ensuring an inclusive experience for all fitness levels. Race day kicks off at 9:00 a.m., with registration starting half an hour earlier. The self-timed race allows runners to enjoy their own pace through the scenic and muddy terrain while enjoying panoramic views of the Willamette Valley. In addition to the exhilarating run, Mud Sweat & Blooms offers participants and spectators plenty of post-race entertainment. Woodburn is a city in Marion County, Oregon, United States. Incorporated in 1889, the community had been platted in 1871 after the arrival of the railroad. The city is located in the northern end of the Willamette Valley between Portland and Salem. Interstate 5 connects it to major cities to the north and south.
