Waves are limited per group to ensure a personal touch and camaraderie among participants.
Timing is entirely optional; runners can use their preferred tracking apps like Strava, RunKeeper, or Nike+ Running Club to record their times if they wish. Alternatively, our dedicated coordinators will be on hand to assist with timekeeping for those who prefer not to bring any additional equipment.
Upon registration, you’ll receive a swag bag that includes:
- A stylish running T-shirt shipped directly to your US address
- A finisher’s towel or other giveaway item

Wave times are scheduled as follows:
- Wave A: 7:30 AM
- Wave B: 8:00 AM
- Wave C: 8:30 AM
Late arrivals can still participate at any time after the first wave, with coordinators staying on-site for three hours post-start to assist.
Virtual runners are also invited to join in from anywhere. Simply complete your run or walk using a tracking app and submit your results to receive your finisher’s medal via email.
