The 2026 NHKA Members Only race presents an exclusive opportunity for seasoned runners seeking a unique challenge. The course, which will run clockwise (weather permitting), offers a dynamic and varied terrain that promises to test your endurance and pacing skills. On Saturday, young racers can participate in the Kid Karts event on the dedicated kart track, ensuring they have their own thrilling experience ahead of Sunday's main event. Meanwhile, 206 Cadet participants will take part in half-track sessions (weather permitting), providing a taste of what lies ahead for those aiming to qualify. Qualifying points are awarded based on finishing positions during timed practice groups held on Saturday. These sessions determine starting positions for the Sunday race, creating an intense atmosphere as runners vie for top spots and better placements. Those who fail to meet qualifying criteria will not earn these valuable points. Safety is paramount at this event; therefore, bicycles, scooters, skates, or skateboards are strictly prohibited throughout the property. Additionally, open alcohol consumption is banned during track hours on both days to ensure a safe environment for all participants and spectators alike.
