In 2026, runners from around the globe have an opportunity to experience one of Canada's most spectacular natural wonders as part of their racing journey. The Niagara Falls Race Series offers three distances—10K, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon—all set against a backdrop of breathtaking scenery. The race starts along Fallsview Boulevard in Niagara Falls, Ontario, where runners are greeted by the iconic Skylon Tower before heading directly towards one of North America's most famous landmarks: Niagara Falls. The roar of water cascading over the American Falls fills the air as participants make their way down Murray Street. Turning right onto the picturesque Niagara Parkway, racers will be rewarded with panoramic views of the thundering Horseshoe Falls. The course continues along the scenic Niagara Parkway past Rapidsview Park and through Kingsbridge before crossing a bridge in Chippawa. Each distance features an out-and-back route that allows runners to soak up the stunning natural beauty while enjoying flat, runnable terrain beside the tranquil waters of the Niagara River. All race distances will conclude on Stanley Avenue, right outside the bustling Niagara Falls Convention Centre, providing participants with a memorable finish line experience against this vibrant backdrop. Unfortunately, due to venue changes and logistical challenges, there won't be a 5K option for this year's event; however, organizers are monitoring opportunities to potentially include it closer to race day. Registration is now open but note that once the spots fill up, no waitlist will be available nor walk-up entries accepted on race weekend. This ensures all participants have an equal chance of securing their spot in one of Canada’s most scenic running events.
