N.I.C.E Charity 10km (NICE) 21st running of this event.

On Sunday, November 1st, 2026, runners will gather at Cannon Hill House on Russell Road in Moseley, Birmingham for the 21st annual NICE-centre 10K Race. This scenic road race begins promptly at 9:40 AM and offers participants a challenging course through the beautiful surroundings of Cannon Hill Park.
The event is organized by NICE-centre for Movement Disorders, a pioneering charity in Birmingham dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with incurable movement disabilities such as cerebral palsy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and those who have suffered strokes. Every step taken during this race contributes directly to funding essential educational and rehabilitation projects that support individuals affected by these conditions.
Competitors can look forward to a competitive yet friendly atmosphere, complete with spot prizes for top finishers in various categories. Medals will be awarded to all participants upon completion of the 10K course. Prizes are given out to the first three male and female runners overall, as well as male and female veteran winners across five age groups (40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, and 60+ for men; 35-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, and 60+ for women).
Registration is available until October 25th or when the entry limit is reached. No entries will be accepted on race day to ensure a smooth event experience. Participants can enjoy post-race refreshments with lovely cakes and hot drinks provided by NICE-centre at Cannon Hill House.
