Experience the vibrant atmosphere of O'Neill Regional Park over a thrilling weekend. The park offers something for every mountain biker, whether you are participating in the Poker Ride or enjoying social rides throughout the day and into the afternoon on Saturday. Join us to explore the diverse trails that weave through scenic landscapes, offering both challenging routes and family-friendly paths. Enjoy communal meals prepared by local chefs, participate in a raffle draw, and unwind with s'mores around a community campfire under starlit skies. For those planning to stay overnight, please note we have limited capacity for 185 campers and only 60 vehicles. Carpooling is highly encouraged due to space constraints. Day use parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the park’s main entrance; however, it cannot be guaranteed. Safety measures are in place: all trails close by 6 p.m., ensuring no night riding and protecting wildlife habitats. Generators must be turned off by 8 p.m., with lights-out at 10 p.m. to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Dogs are welcome but restricted to the campsites, leashed, and limited to two per site only. They are not permitted in festival or game areas due to park rules. For families, kids aged 13 and under can join free of charge, making it an inclusive event for all ages. The schedule is packed with exciting activities: - Friday: Registration opens at 3 p.m. - Saturday: The Poker Ride commences mid-morning, followed by social rides throughout the late morning and early afternoon. S'mores will be served starting at 5:30 p.m., complete your night with a community campfire. - Sunday: Enjoy light breakfasts and open rides before breaking camp by 11 a.m. Your participation supports Orange County Mountain Bike Association’s mission to protect and expand our trails, ensuring future generations can enjoy these natural wonders.
