On Saturday evening, at precisely 8:00 PM, participants can join a solo challenge that stretches through the night until dawn. The Cider Night Challenge is designed to be both fun and relaxed, welcoming runners from diverse backgrounds who are over 21 years old. With a generous 12-hour window, you have ample time to explore the scenic trails at your own pace—whether it's one lap or multiple laps around the course.
The event takes place on a privately owned farm that offers a picturesque and varied landscape. Runners will traverse through fields adorned with wildflowers and crops, as well as dusty tracks under the starlit sky. This setting provides an enchanting backdrop for both seasoned runners and casual walkers to enjoy.
Upon completing your journey, you'll be rewarded with a medal and goodies no matter how far or fast you go. The challenge is open to solo participants who are ready to embrace the serene atmosphere of Devon's countryside under the moonlight.
In addition to the Cider Night Challenge, there will also be other events over the weekend, including shorter runs on Friday evening and all-day challenges on Saturday and Sunday. These include a 5k-ish run starting at 7:00 PM on Friday, followed by a full day of running options throughout both days.
