Oncoswim Tarragona 2026

OncoSwim Tarragona 2026 is a day of solidarity and swimming in the open waters off the coast of Tarragona, scheduled for September 19, 2026. This annual event aims to promote healthy living habits, encourage physical activity, and raise funds for cancer research and support.
The theme of this year's edition focuses specifically on prostate cancer awareness and prevention. The day will feature a variety of activities open to all members of the public:
A five-kilometer solidarity swim offers participants an opportunity to challenge themselves while contributing to a good cause. For those interested in shorter distances, there is also a 1,600-meter mile event and a buoy-assisted swimming segment for beginners or individuals preferring a more relaxed pace.
The day will culminate with a pelvic floor exercise masterclass led by Viding, providing participants with practical tips on maintaining physical health beyond the swim events.
Under the banner of "Swim for Health, Swim for Life," OncoSwim Tarragona brings together healthcare organizations, associations, sports clubs, corporate sponsors, and individuals in a collaborative initiative that blends sport, wellness, and community spirit.
