The Optimist Club of Lindsay is excited to announce the return of its popular Youth Dodgeball Program for the fall season. This dynamic and fun-filled program offers young athletes an opportunity to improve their skills, make friends, and enjoy competitive play at Alexandra Public School's gymnasium. Starting on September 23, 2026, and running through November 18, 2026, participants can look forward to weekly sessions every Wednesday. Games are divided into two time slots: one session begins promptly at 6 pm, while the second starts at 7 pm. Each week promises an engaging experience with structured practices followed by spirited matches that foster teamwork and camaraderie among young players. The program is designed for youth of all skill levels who wish to develop their agility, throwing accuracy, dodging techniques, and overall strategic thinking in a supportive environment. Coaches from the Optimist Club provide guidance and encouragement throughout each session, ensuring every participant feels valued and supported as they grow both personally and athletically. Parents can drop off their children knowing that they will be under the watchful eye of experienced coaches who prioritize safety while promoting healthy competition. This program not only enhances physical fitness but also helps build essential life skills such as leadership, communication, and sportsmanship. Whether your child is a seasoned dodgeball player or just starting out, The Optimist Club's Youth Dodgeball Program offers an inclusive space for everyone to enjoy the sport together in Alexandra Public School’s well-equipped gymnasium.
