Ossy Moors Fell Race returns to the rugged landscapes of Lancashire on Tuesday, July 20, 2027, at 7:30 PM. This challenging 5-mile (approximately 8km) course is renowned for its steep ascents and varied terrain, offering runners a blend of technical climbs and runnable sections across Ossy Moors.
The race begins and ends at the Britannia Tap & Grill on Haslingden Old Road in Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire. Competitors will navigate through nearly 800 feet (244 meters) of elevation gain as they tackle the undulating moorland terrain. The route is designed to test endurance and technical skills alike, making it a favorite among fell runners.
