About the Event

The Perak Multisport Festival 2026 (Perak Triathlon) takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, starting at 7:00 AM at Marina Island Pangkor in Lumut, Perak, Malaysia. This seventh edition of the multisport race, organized by XS Elite Performance, is held on a reclaimed 316.9-acre island connected to the mainland by a 400-meter causeway bridge – a gateway to the popular holiday retreats of Pangkor Island and Pangkor Laut. The event offers multiple triathlon distances including 113KM, Olympic, Sprint, Junior, Kids, and Mini categories for athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Registration Key Dates: Registration opens January 9, 2026. Super Early Bird ends January 31, 2026. Early Bird ends March 31, 2026. Normal Rate ends May 15, 2026. Registration closes May 31, 2026.
Race Pack Collection: Friday, June 5, 2026 (1:00 PM – 7:00 PM) at Belaling Hall (D'Ocean – Blue Building), Marina Island Resort Hotel, Lumut, Perak. Collection is for Triathlon and Aquathlon participants only.
Race Entitlements: Includes event t-shirt and finisher medal (specific entitlements per category – refer to event poster and shirt chart on event website).

Swim Course: Open water swim in the clear waters surrounding Marina Island, with distances ranging from 100m for Mini Triathlon to 2km for the 113KM category.
Cycle Course: Road cycling on the island's causeway bridge and surrounding coastal roads – distances from 2km (Mini) to 90km (113KM).
Run Course: Coastal and island road running – distances from 500m (Mini) to 21km (113KM half marathon).
Family-Friendly: Multiple categories for juniors (13–15), kids (10–12), and mini (7–9) ensure young athletes can participate and develop their multisport skills.
Cultural Experience: Visitors can immerse themselves in local Malaysian culture, explore traditional markets, enjoy warm hospitality, and savor delicious Malaysian cuisine in the Lumut and Pangkor area.
