At 5:30 AM sharp, runners gather around a designated area for an invigorating group warm-up session led by experienced trainers and fitness coaches. This 10.5-kilometer loop is designed specifically to prepare participants of all categories—whether you're aiming for speed or simply enjoying the run—for what lies ahead.
The main event kicks off at 6:00 AM with a flag-off ceremony that marks the start of the challenging yet rewarding 10.5K race. Participants will navigate through scenic routes, experiencing firsthand the beauty and energy of their surroundings as they push themselves to achieve personal bests or simply revel in the camaraderie shared among runners.
For those who prefer shorter distances but still want a taste of the action, there’s also a 4-kilometer fun run that starts at 7:45 AM. This shorter option is perfect for beginners looking to ease into longer races or families joining together for an early morning adventure.
Wheelchair racers will have their own dedicated flag-off time starting from 7:20 AM, ensuring all athletes can participate in the event with equal opportunity and respect.
