PHOENIX - Cambridgeshire - Elements Series - Water Run
About the Event
Experience the Elements Series - Water Entry Phoenix Running, an exhilarating trail running festival that celebrates nature's power through four distinct events inspired by Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. Each day brings its own thematic challenge, inviting runners to dive into endurance, energy, freedom, and resilience on a scenic course around Regatta Meadow, Riverside Park, and the River Great Ouse in St Neots. The event offers unparalleled flexibility with distances ranging from 5km to ultra marathons over a single lap or multiple laps of a 3.28-mile out-and-back route. Participants can choose their own adventure, whether it's completing one lap for personal satisfaction or pushing the limits and seeing how far they can go within a full seven-hour window. The course itself is flat and fast, with minimal elevation changes along footpaths and grassy trails that wind through picturesque landscapes by the river. This makes it an ideal setting for runners of all abilities to test their skills in a supportive community environment. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or simply enjoying the journey, every finisher receives a bespoke medal celebrating your achievement. Entry is on a flexible "rock up and run" basis within a one-hour start window between 07:00am and 10:00am, allowing participants to adjust their arrival time based on their comfort level. The event's relaxed atmosphere encourages runners to embrace the moment and make decisions about distance on the day itself. With limited places available, early registration is recommended for this unique opportunity to connect with nature while pushing your personal boundaries in a beautiful setting by the River Great Ouse.

About St Neots
Learn more about the host city, St Neots.
St Neots is a riverside market town just north of the border between Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire.
Despite some pretty parks and a few historic buildings, St Neots offers relatively little to entice the traveller, but is a pleasant enough stopover or base for touring the region.
