The event offers a 'rock up and run' start times within an hour window from 07:30am for registration until 09:00am. This allows runners to arrive at their convenience without worrying about missing the official start time. You can also decide on your distance goal during the race itself, making it easy to adjust based on how you feel as the event progresses.
The course features mostly tarmac cycle paths with a small section of gravel for added variety, and its minimal elevation changes make it an ideal route for speed runs or endurance tests.
