This unique timed event offers flexibility for all abilities, allowing you to choose from a range of distances: 5km, 10k, half marathon, full marathon, or even an ultra distance. The course is a scenic out-and-back route along the picturesque River Thames, spanning 3.28 miles (5.3 kilometers) in length. Runners can complete as many laps as they desire within the generous 7-hour time limit.
The event's flexibility extends to start times too; participants have a one-hour window during which they can begin their run whenever it suits them best—whether you arrive early or need extra preparation, your needs are accommodated. To make running more accessible, we’re introducing a 'no medal' entry option priced at just £20. This allows you to enjoy all the usual Phoenix support features—such as an epic aid station, same-day results publication, digital bibs and finisher certificates—without the cost of a physical medal.
