This flexible format allows runners to "rock up and run" at any time throughout the day, making it perfect whether you're looking for an early morning jog or a late afternoon session.
The event offers a variety of distance options ranging from 5km to ultra distances, all completed over multiple laps on a scenic 3.28-mile out-and-back route along the river's edge. The terrain is flat and fast with no elevation gain, making it ideal for runners looking to push their limits or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Entry fees are more affordable compared to our weekend events, yet you still receive one of PHOENIX’s signature medals – big, bold, bright pieces that have become a hallmark of our races. If there's a specific medal design you’ve been eyeing but missed out on previously, just reach out and we'll do our best to bring it along for Fantastic Friday.
