This flexible timed event offers runners of all abilities the chance to choose their own adventure from a range of distances: whether you opt for a single lap or push yourself with multiple laps, every participant is celebrated as both a finisher and winner in our eyes.
The course itself is an out-and-back route that spans 5.3 kilometers (3.28 miles) along the riverside towpath, offering stunning views of the river's serene beauty while providing a flat and fast terrain with no elevation gain or loss. Participants can complete as many laps as they wish within our generous 7-hour time limit.
One of the standout features of this event is its flexible start times, allowing runners to choose their preferred starting window from an hour-long period. Whether you're arriving early or running a bit late, there's no waiting around—just hop in when it suits your schedule and enjoy the race at your own pace without added pressure.
