PHOENIX - Warwickshire - Nuneaton 10K and 5K

After a nine-year hiatus, the eagerly anticipated return of the Nuneaton 10K Road Race is set to take place on Sunday, October 18th, 2026. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or simply looking to enjoy an engaging day out with fellow runners, this event promises to deliver.
The race begins at the historic Council House on Coton Road in Nuneaton and proceeds through picturesque streets before entering Riversley Park. The route is predominantly flat, offering ideal conditions for runners of all abilities. Participants will start by heading down Coton Road towards the Arches, then turning onto Avenue Road and continuing along Attleborough Road until reaching Sainsbury's entrance into Riversley Park.
Once inside the park, runners will follow a scenic path through lush greenery before retracing their steps to complete another lap on Coton Road. Upon entering the park for the second time, they'll be directed around its perimeter, passing beneath an iconic tunnel towards Pingles Stadium. The race concludes with a final lap of the stadium track where participants can cross the finish line and collect their well-earned medals.
Registration closes on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026. Race numbers will be available for collection at the Pingles Stadium from midday to 3:00pm the day before or between 7:00am and 9:30am on race morning. It's a short jog of about 10-15 minutes from the stadium to the start line, so please arrive early if you plan to collect your number then.
The entry fee is £23 for affiliated runners and £25 for unattached participants. A parallel 5K event will also be held on the same day with a course similar in layout but shorter in distance. The cost for this shorter race is £18 for affiliated athletes and £20 for those who are not.
