Powell Turkey Trot is back for the 11th YEAR! After a record-breaking 10th anniversary Powell Turkey Trot in 2024, we are so excited to celebrate our 11th Anniversary with Powell and Central Ohio! We could not have put this race on for 11 years without the support from the Powell Community.

TO CELEBRATE 11 YEARS, SWAG is going to be EVEN BETTER this year! We will be bringing back the Race Medal this year again as we had a ton of great feedback. In addition to the newly added finishers medal, we will continue the tradition of partnering with the local elementary schools to create race magnets designed by the kids.

We are also bringing back the 4-Pack of beer from Nocterra Brewing Company, OR the option of a specially designed Race Sock. You will have the choice to pick either the four-pack of beer or a pair of race socks. Nocterra will also be creating a new brew for our race which will be part of the 4-Pack.

Additional SWAG will be provided in the SWAG bag with goodies from brand-new sponsors.

For those who have participated in this Central Ohio Thanksgiving Day Tradition over any of the past 11 years, the course will be the same. Participants will wind through the tree-lined streets of Downtown Powell on a 4-mile Course beginning and ending at Village Green Park (Powell City Hall). We will also be featuring the Gobble Til You Wobble Kids Race, which runs the kids around the small pond and shelter house at the Powell Municipal Building. 

The 4-mile race will be timed, with prizes for the top three male and female finishers.

PACKET PICKUP:

Will be at the East Community Room, 47 Hall St, Powell.

DATES FOR PACKET PICKUP:

Tuesday NOV 25th AND Wednesday, NOV 26th from 10AM-7pm

There will not be any race day packet pickup or registration. NO EXCEPTIONS!

MEDAL specially designed the 11th-anniversary medal and the continuing tradition of partnering with the local elementary schools to create race magnets designed by the kids.

BEER: 

We have partnered again with NOCTERRA Brewing Company for an EXCLUSIVE four-pack of fall beers. This four-pack will be available for the first 800 participants over 21, but there are no guarantees after that. For those who miss the deadline, are under 21, or opt out of the four-pack option, we are offering the option of sock swag with our 10-year anniversary design! 

SPECIAL TREATS!

We will also continue our tradition with Nothing Bundt Cakes mini-Pumpkin Bundtinies. Not sure who is more excited, the participants or our staff!?!?!
