🎃 Run for a Cause… Stay for the Fun! 👟

This race is all about supporting our Princeton Elementary Patriots! Every step helps raise funds for our school, supporting student activities and fundraisers, PBIS, staff hospitality, and our general school fund.

But the fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! 🏁

🎪 A mini carnival will be waiting for race participants that morning, with plenty of fun to enjoy after the run!

👻 Fun Run Costume Contest! Students, get creative and show off your best Halloween costume while you run! We’ll have a costume contest for our Fun Run participants, so come ready to run, have fun, and maybe win some bragging rights! 🎃🏆

RACE PLACE:

Princeton Elementary School

1895 Winfield Road

Princeton, LA 71067

START & FINISH LOCATION:

Both the 5K and Fun Run will start and finish behind Princeton Elementary School near the gym.

5K Race will be a Chip Start / Chip Finish RFID timed event.  The race course will be a flat out-and-back course with one water stop at the turnaround point. 

Fun Run will be a Fun Half Mile run.  This event will not be timed.

IMPORTANT TIMING NOTE:

Only participants registered for the 5K will receive a chip-enabled race bib. Fun Run bibs will not contain a timing chip. If a participant registers for the Fun Run but chooses to run the 5K instead, they will not receive an official race time.

RACE T-SHIRTS

Each race participant who registers by October 15 will receive an official Princeton Halloween Hustle race T-shirt. Princeton students may also wear their Halloween Hustle race shirt as a Princeton spirit shirt throughout the school year.

Registration will remain open through race day, October 31; however, registrations received after October 15 are not guaranteed a race shirt.

AWARDS

5K Overall Awards:
Medals will be awarded to the Overall Male and Overall Female finishers. Additional overall prizes may be announced.

5K Age Group Awards:
Awards will be presented to the 1st place male and 1st place female finishers in each of the following age groups:

10 & Under • 11–15 • 16–19 • 20–29 • 30–39 • 40–49 • 50–59 • 60+

Fun Run Awards:
The Fun Run is open to participants of all ages; however, awards are limited to participants aged 12 and under. Medals will be awarded to the 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-place finishers.

PACKET PICK-UP

Friday, October 30:
9:00–11:00 AM — Princeton Elementary School Office
4:00–5:00 PM — Princeton Elementary School Office

Saturday, October 31 — Race Day:
Packet pickup begins at 8:00 AM at the race site.
