ROX LITE is a HYROX-style event built for our gym community—same race-day energy, scaled to be accessible, safe, and seriously fun. Whether you’re brand new to competition or sharpening your edge for an upcoming HYROX, this is your chance to show up, push hard, and celebrate your fitness.

The ROX LITE Workout

• Ski Erg – 500 meters
• Sled Push & Pull – 50 meters total
• Burpee to Plate Jump – 40 reps
• Rower – 500 meters
• Farmer Carry – 100 meters (24 kg × 2 for men / 16 kg × 2 for women)
• Sandbag Reverse Lunges – 50 total
• Wall Balls – 50 reps

 
Important Event Info
Our events use a wave start format to keep things moving smoothly.

You’ll choose a start time when you register
Athletes are released in waves at that time
Arrive at least 30 minutes early for course walkthrough and warm-up
Late arrivals will be placed in the next available wave
Wave sizes are limited, so early registration is strongly encouraged
