About the Event

QUADRA is an innovative fitness challenge designed to push your limits and test your resilience through four distinct zones that demand both physical prowess and mental fortitude. Each zone presents unique challenges, ranging from ground-based endurance tests to heavy sandbag lifts and high-rep work with minimal rest.
On November 21, 2026, the inaugural QUADRA event will take place at the Bristol Bears High Performance Centre, an elite indoor training facility equipped for intense workouts. Participants can choose between competing solo or forming a duo, where the runs must be completed together but zones can be divided among team members.
Whether you're looking to challenge yourself individually or join forces with a partner, QUADRA offers a dynamic and immersive experience that will leave no room for complacency as you navigate through each demanding zone.
