Tackle the acclaimed village route of the Rainford 10K on Sunday, 4th October 2026. Since its redesign, the course now offers a more engaging loop, turning back through the industrial estate and following the footpaths back to Rookery Lane. This is a proper community 10K, starting at 10:30 AM with a fun run setting the stage at 9:45 AM. Take advantage of early bird pricing to secure your place in this well-organized local favourite.
