Bring the whole family for a fun and festive walk/run that’s just the right distance—0.5K (ish)! That's right...500 (ish) meters of smiles, laughter, and community spirit running down the main street of Williamston!

This mini but mighty race benefits There’s Always Room – Ingham County Foster Closet, supporting local foster families with items that ease the transition for children entering foster care.

Red Cedar Transfers is the presenting sponsor of this event. Thanks to their generous support in providing and designing our awesome race shirts and stickers for all registrants, every dollar raised will go directly to support There's Always Room-Ingham County Foster Closet!

Let's make this fun, wear your favorite costume, inflatable, a silly hat, or paint your face! The possibilities are endless. Anyone who participates will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a prize!

Note: register by June 11th to guarantee your shirt for race day. Any registrations after this time will pick up their shirt post race from Red Cedar Transfers.

Williamston is a city in Ingham County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 3,819 at the 2020 census. Williamston is located east of the city of Lansing and borders Williamstown Township to the north and Wheatfield Township to the south. The Red Cedar River and M-43 run through the center of the city.
