*Please note: All runners should be capable of running 8-16 miles and physically prepared to spend 5-7 hours on the trail. We welcome all paces, however if you knowingly struggle with altitude sickness, this might not be the best experience for you!

Two team dinners and one post trail lunch is included in your registration. The Airbnb will be supplied with a few breakfast/snack grab and go items, like bagels, coffee, yogurts, etc. Always a good idea to bring your preferred snacks for the trail

For other meals and on-trail snacks there are lots of easy and delicious options in Vail Valley.

GUIDES:

Paragon Guides will choose, brief, and lead us on our trails each day. They are experienced in backcountry travel. Red Coyote and Paragon Guides will provide transportation to and from our trail experiences both days!
