Rhythm of the Heart 5k Race & Walk

The Rhythm of the Heart 5K Run & Walk is a brand-new addition kicking off the City of Loves Park’s 4th annual Rhythm of the Heart Music Festival, an event known for bringing people together through food vendors, artisan markets, live music, and a strong sense of community. Now, the race is designed to do the same: bring people together.

This community-focused 5K welcomes runners and walkers of all ages to experience the heart and roots of Loves Park, as the course winds through some of the city’s original neighborhoods, the Field of Honor, and along the Rock River Recreation Path, offering scenic views and glimpses of the river along the way.

Whether you’re chasing a personal best, walking with friends and family, or cheering from the sidelines, this race is about more than just the miles or a good workout, it’s about connection.
