Join us on September 5 and 6 for an unforgettable cycling experience with Bernard Thévenet, the legendary French cyclist known as "the breaker of Merckx." This intimate ride offers cyclists the chance to pedal alongside one of France's most celebrated figures in a setting that harkens back to simpler times—no GPS or earpieces here, just pure road and passion for cycling.
The event kicks off at 9:30 AM with a warm welcome at Hôtel Les Maritonnnes, nestled within the prestigious Domaine Georges Blanc. Here, participants will receive their official gear including jerseys and socks, nutritional supplies, and other exclusive goodies while enjoying pastries and coffee in a relaxed setting. Bernard Thévenet himself will be on hand to greet you personally.
At 10:30 AM sharp, we'll set out for an escorted ride through the scenic vineyards of Beaujolais. The route spans 65 kilometers and is meticulously planned with safety as our top priority. A support vehicle and a lead motorcycle guide ensure your journey remains smooth and enjoyable. Professional videographers will capture every moment along the way.
Upon returning, we'll gather for a festive brunch at noon where you can continue to exchange stories and experiences with Bernard Thévenet over drinks and food. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to get autographs and take photos with one of cycling’s greatest legends.
