Experience the 10th Annual Ride for RAN on Saturday, September 19, 2026. This cycling event supports Ruth & Naomi's Mission by raising funds and awareness to address homelessness, poverty, food insecurity, and crisis situations within our community. Ride through some of Chilliwack’s most picturesque landscapes with a fully supported route that caters to all skill levels. Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or simply out for a casual ride with family and friends, there's a route designed just for you. Nutrition stations will ensure your energy stays up throughout the journey, while door prizes add excitement along the way. Post-ride festivities await at Fairfield Park, where you can enjoy community activities, vendor booths, and a delicious lunch prepared by RAN Catering. The event also offers post-event therapy sessions to help you recover from your ride. Highlight of the day includes awards for various categories: Largest Team, Top Fundraising Team, Individual Fundraiser, First Male (83km route), and First Female Finisher (83km route). Start times are strategically planned to accommodate different abilities—83km Route at 8:30 AM; a moderate 40km Route starting at 9:45 AM; the casual 23km Family Route at 10:00 AM, and a special Mini Ride for young riders (ages 8 and under) beginning at 9:30 AM. Detailed route maps are available on Strava. The long ride covers an impressive 83 kilometers, offering scenic views and challenges suitable for seasoned cyclists. For those seeking less strenuous routes, the mid-length 40km option provides a balanced mix of scenery and effort, while the casual 23km route ensures everyone can enjoy the event atmosphere. Thank you to our generous sponsors, including Diverse Properties, who are making this year’s Ride for RAN possible. Their support is crucial in creating meaningful impact and strengthening community connections. Join us at Fairfield Park not just as a rider but as part of a movement that fosters change and compassion within our community. Together, we can make a difference!
