Ring Road Run Walk

On August 22nd, runners and walkers are invited to participate in the fourth edition of the Ring Road Run Walk, a unique course that circles around the sprawling grounds of the Corvette Assembly Plant. This scenic route offers participants an up-close look at one of America's iconic automotive facilities while enjoying a manageable distance of just over two miles.
Registration for this event opens on race day itself, starting at 7:15am sharp. Participants can head to the registration area to secure their bib numbers and receive their commemorative T-shirts before setting off on an invigorating morning run or leisurely stroll around the plant’s perimeter. All proceeds from the event will benefit the United Negro College Fund, supporting education opportunities for students of color.
The race kicks off at 8am sharp, allowing runners to enjoy a cool start in the early morning hours as they loop through this industrial yet picturesque setting. The course offers a flat and smooth terrain that is ideal for both competitive racing and casual participation, making it an accessible event for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
