About the Event

The Rotary Tour of the Blackwood, established in 2017, offers cyclists an unforgettable journey through Western Australia's breathtaking landscapes. Starting at the banks of the majestic Blackwood River, participants embark on a challenging 130km route that winds its way between Bridgetown and Nannup, passing through Balingup along the way. The Full Tour features over 2000 meters of climbing, culminating in a Category 4 ascent near the finish line. Cyclists can also choose from shorter but equally scenic routes like the Half n Best or the new Not-So-Cozy course.
The tour not only showcases stunning countryside and rolling hills but also supports vital mental health initiatives in the region. Proceeds benefit organizations such as Blackwood Youth Action and The Bridgetown Greenbushes Suicide Prevention Network, ensuring that every pedal stroke contributes to improving community well-being.
This event is more than a ride; it's a commitment to making a difference in local communities.
