The run is designed as a smaller, private group outing with limited spots per wave, ensuring every participant receives personalized attention from our coordinators throughout the event. Whether you're aiming to set personal bests or simply enjoy the journey at your own pace, all are welcome – young and old (under 18-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult).
The setting is warm and supportive, with no need for complex equipment setups; it’s a straightforward run that focuses on you. Upon signing up, participants receive comprehensive support to help them reach their fitness goals. Additionally, runners can connect with local running clubs to further enhance their training journey.
Timing options are flexible: track your progress using apps like Strava or RunKeeper and submit your results via our simple online form for public display. Alternatively, let our coordinators assist you in keeping time without the stress of timing chips.
Each participant will receive a swag bag that includes:
- A running t-shirt (shipped directly to US addresses)
- Finisher's towel or giveaway
- Finisher’s medal
- Digital training pack
- Online results and certificate upon completion
Packet pickup is hassle-free, with race bibs provided on the day of the event. Swag will be shipped a week before your scheduled run date.
Wave times are as follows:
- Wave A: 7:30 AM
- Wave B: 8:00 AM
- Wave C: 8:30 AM
Participants who register later can still join, though they may not receive their t-shirt in time for the race. Virtual runners have the option to train with a digital pack and submit results afterward.
